Paradise Island

Paradise Island is one of the most highly sought after residential communities in the Bahamas. This is due to its close proximity to the dining, shopping, and overall entertainment of downtown Nassau while also providing the seclusion and exclusivity of a self-sustained island that combines residential, resort, and boating life. Paradise Island has long been a favorite with some big-time celebrities including Nicolas Cage, Michael Jordan, Howard Hughes and plenty others who have called it home.

Paradise Island offers a variety of accommodations, from modest and affordable bedroom apartments to luxurious hotels, resorts, and multi-million dollar estate homes, all of which contain access to sandy beaches.

The opulent homes and condos of Paradise Island overlook the stunning Cabbage Beach and Paradise Beach. Most properties on the western end of the island are accessible only by boat, which provides some nice seclusion and privacy. On the Southern end, you will find homes amongst the calm waters of the protected harbour. This side of the island is largely considered a boater’s dream due to the many private docks.
