Rose Island stretches eleven miles and is home to sandy beaches on the north coast and the iron shore on the southern coast.

This tranquil island in the Bahamas contains single-family homes and quaint cottages, with most properties being ten to twenty years old. The high elevated beachfront lots allow for fantastic views of neighboring islands, plus plenty of sunshine and breezes.

The bustle of downtown Nassau is only five miles away from Rose Island, where residents can enjoy plenty of shops, eateries, and entertainment. Most lots on the island extend from sea to sea, and the area is home to a fully protected canal, perfect for boaters.
